Terms of Service

Welcome to Services 4 Irrigation. By accessing or using our multi-tenant cloud software, website, or the Irrigation Services mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual user, agricultural cooperative, or scheme management organization) and Services 4 Irrigation. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. User Accounts and Multi-Tenant Security

• Account Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, tenant identifiers, and passwords.
• Authorized Use: Access to tenant databases is restricted strictly to authorized administrators, block chiefs, and field collectors registered under each organization.
• Immediate Notification: You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

3. Mobile Application License & Usage

Subject to these terms, we grant authorized tenant personnel a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and run the Irrigation Services mobile application via the Google Play Store on compatible mobile devices:

• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the mobile application.
• The camera and GPS scanning features must be used solely for legitimate verification of invoices, farmer records, and land parcel boundaries.

4. Financial Records & Billing Transactions

• Payment Accuracy: All financial entries recorded through cash transactions or KHQR payment gateways must represent genuine agricultural service transactions.
• Receipting: Invoices generated through the platform carry legal weight within the tenant organization’s operational jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property & Tenant Data Ownership

• Platform Software: All intellectual property rights in the software, interfaces, logos, and documentation belong exclusively to Services 4 Irrigation.
• Tenant Data: You retain ownership of all farm registry data, GIS polygon boundaries, and customer records uploaded into your isolated tenant workspace.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for maximum uptime and precise weather/GIS calculations, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or immunity from meteorological anomalies beyond our control.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms as our features and legal requirements evolve. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
